research in practice are looking for a committed, confident and capable candidate to act as the Programme Manager for Capacity Building within the Centre for Excellence and Outcomes in Children and Young People’s Services (C4EO). By spreading knowledge of ‘what works’ and actively supporting efforts to achieve change, C4EO – with your help – can make a real difference. The role involves designing and delivering a national programme of dynamic learning events; training and supporting expert practitioners from within the children’s sector to offer personalised support to Children’s Trusts across the country; and identifying and maximising valuable partnerships with a broad range of improvement support agencies and other bodies in order to champion the effective utilisation of evidence to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families.
Fixed-term until 31 March 2011 with possible scope for extension. Secondments welcomed.
