Events Sales Executive

This is a sales driven role with the primary focus on securing and converting all enquires, with an aim to repeat bookings by actively following up on all existing leads and past events. The candidate must have a good eye for detail, be able to build effective relationships quickly and maintain a high level of service at all times. Experience of working to revenue targets along with the ability to actively promote Dartington as a conference and events venue is essential. Event Sales Coordinator

This is a sales driven role with primary focus on managing event contracts and administration, ensuring that all events are secured and contracted with the correct terms and conditions. This role will be responsible for accuracy of financial data, including ensuring that appropriate deposits are received. As Events Sales Coordinator you will be actively seek to promote Dartington Hall as a conference and events venue with performing arts spaces.

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, with a very strong attention to detail and the ability to build effective working relationships with bookers and agents to establish repeat business.

This post works closely with the Revenue Manager to maximise all potential revenue opportunities at Dartington Hall. It is also pivotal in ensuring the operations are fully briefed on all event requirements, to enable the event to run with a hitch. This is a progressive role within an exciting organisation. Visitor Centre Host

We have recently launched an exciting new Visitor Centre. As a Visitor Centre Host you will act as first point of contact for all visitors, providing knowledgeable information about Dartington and a friendly service. You will also be responsible for selling items from the gift shop located within the Visitor Centre.
