1.1 THE DARTINGTON HALL TRUST (the “Trust”) does not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this website, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via email or other means or by enquiring about any of the services offered on our website or as described in paragraph 1.2 below.

1.2 The Trust web site uses cookies for the purposes of analysing its use and tracking the popularity of its pages, and occasionally to enhance the functionality of some sections of the website such as the archive search facility. No retained details are linked to any personal data and all visitors to our site remain anonymous.

2 How this information is treated and used

2.1 The Trust is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998, and all information about you held by it is treated in confidence and according to the terms of the Act.

2.2 The personal information you give us by email or other means is used exclusively by the Trust for the purpose of answering any query you may have. By providing the data it is assumed that you have consented to such use.
