Who is the development for?

We want to attract potential residents from mixed backgrounds and financial circumstances. The population will be balanced between local need and those with a passion to follow the Dartington ethos, with a focus on providing continuing independence for local people and those within the region.

What will residents have in common?

1. The desire for a positive experience of older age
2. A commitment to principles of social justice and inclusion
3. The wish to participate in the Dartington community
4. A willingness to share in researching what constitutes and facilitates the good old age
