Devon Artsculture will be showcasing the talents of its members on the afternoon of 21st November at Dartington Hall.
The day will celebrate the talented beneficiaries of this dynamic business development project. Including film, visual art, performance, poetry and music, 3 Years In! will reflect the diverse range of local artists that Devon Artsculture has helped prosper.
The Carrivick Sisters, who will be playing at the Glastonbury Festival in 2008, North Devon’s acclaimed Dam Buskers, Native American flute player Geoff Norman, poet Susan Taylor are just a few of the performers that we can look forward to. And fans of the visual arts will not be disappointed with exhibitors who include award winning artist Ione Rucquoi, ethical jeweller April Doubleday, sculptor Ama Menec, digital artist John Battison, Stella Levy, lanterns from the Totnes Festival torchlit parade plus much more.
For those who want to learn more about Devon Artsculture there will be plenty of information on the projects and activities it has initiated over the past 3 years.
The programme will start at 1.00pm, with short speeches at 4.45pm and music in the Great Hall starting at 5.30pm – guests are free to stay as long as they like and ‘pick and mix’ from the various activities on the day.
