Torbay and the South West Music School have been selected to host the National Youth Jazz Collective (NYJC) later this year – providing opportunities to the region’s budding jazz musicians and established jazz practitioners alike.

Dartington College of Arts

The Dartington Hall Trust is working closely with University College Falmouth (incorporating Dartington College of Arts) to enhance the creative career opportunities that are available to arts graduates.

On 14 and 15 of August Dartington Hall played host to ‘Apparitions’ – a world exclusive nighttime performance, set in the buildings and grounds of a 12th Century Medieval estate, starring a cast of 85 professional and amateur musicians and actors and featuring a 2000 year old Celtic war horn, a full choir, and the devil on a very large horse.
