Local mackerel fillet grilled with lime pickle and coriander. Warm mange tout and radishes. Lemon grass, chilli and coconut dressing

Smoked chicken, watercress and parmesan tart with roquette salad

Local 8oz rump steak char-grilled with anchovy and chilli butter, garlic field mushroom, wilted Swiss chard and French fries

Char-grilled free range Crediton chicken breast on a courgette, chick pea and chorizo stew, sauté spinach and potatoes

Local mussels steamed with shallots, garlic, rosemary, thyme and white wine, finished with cream and parsley. Served with French fries. *

Spiced Confit of local duck on sauté pak choi, mushrooms and noodles. Spring onion, ginger and chilli dressing.

Seared salmon fillet with roquette, herb and lemon mayonnaise, minted new potatoes and beans, mixed green salad

Courgette, spinach, mint and feta filo pie with watercress, new potatoes and sauce vierge (olive oil, lemon juice, tomato, basil, parsley and coriander seed)

Char-grilled local pork chop with a pistachio, cumin and cinnamon crust, roasted aubergine puree, apple and star anise jus *
