The Dartington Photography Project

Dartington and Western Morning News Photographer of the Year

The Dartington Hall Trust and the Western Morning News are delighted to be working together to launch their first South West Photographer of the Year Competition – hunting out the most exciting photography talent in the South West and giving them the creative opportunity of a lifetime and a fantastic chance of launching their professional career.

The new ‘Photographer of the Year’ will be asked to create a comprehensive and dynamic photo archive of The Dartington Hall Trust and the charity’s pioneering work in the arts, social justice and sustainability.

The competition is a unique and exciting opportunity for an emerging photographer and a great chance for The Dartington Hall Trust to support exceptional local talent. The winner will be selected by an expert panel for their ability to take innovative, pioneering, experimental and courageous photographs.

The Competition

The winner will be announced on 7 July
