Rupert Sheldrake is a biologist and author of of more than 75 scientific papers and several books, including: Dogs that Know when their Owners are Coming Home and Other Unexplained Powers of Animals, The Rebirth of Nature and, with Matthew Fox, Nature Grace: Dialogues on Science and Spirituality.
In September 2005, Rupert was appointed to the Perrott-Warwick Scholarship, by Trinity College, Cambridge and is a visiting Professor at the Graduate Institute in Connecticut. He lives in London with his wife, Jill Purce, and their two sons. His web site is www.sheldrake.org
