Tagore Festival

6th – 9th April 2012
Following the success of this year’s Tagore Festival we will next year be celebrating Tagore’s philosophies and relevance to the current day with a programme of speakers, music, dance, poetry and theatre. To find out more click here.


Dartington Food Fair

3rd – 5th June 2012
Three days of celebrating and sampling the incredible wealth of produce in the SW of England, to include over 50 local producers, chef demonstrations, family entertainment, live music and Golden Jubilee celebrations. To find out more click here.


Home Festival of Acoustic Music

22nd – 23rd June 2012
Home is a two-day festival focusing on acoustic music, voices and song from around the world. A celebration and exploration of different cultures and languages at a time when we’re losing global cultural biological and linguistic diversity, HOME features unplugged sets from a wide range of outstanding international artists. Interrogate! Festival of Social Justice

Brand new and unique in the UK, Interrogate! festival 2011 is taking a fresh approach to looking at social justice, its impact and what we can all do about it. Shoot – Short Film Festival

The Totnes & Dartington short film festival profiles some of the best film-making in Devon & Cornwall. Last year’s top entry – as voted for by the audience – went on to screen for a week in the main Barn Cinema programme. Dates and times for the 2012 festival are to be confirmed.


Outdoor Film Festival

August dates TBC
Following the outstanding success of Dartington’s first ever outdoor film festival in 2011 more epic films will be presented on our 40ft outdoor screen in the glorious setting of Dartington’s Tiltyard. Bring a blanket, a picnic, sit back and enjoy. Films begin at sundown come rain or shine.


Ways With Words Literary Festival

6th – 16th July 2012
