We take great pride in our service to our customers. Our booksellers are all knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We each have our own areas of expertise and we relish the opportunity to help you find exactly what you want - whether it's modern poetry, cult fantasy fiction or the best book on organic gardening- you only need ask or even phone ahead so we can find what you need.
research
The most up to date research tools are available, ensuring we can track down that half remembered item on Book at Bedtime, for example, or trace the scientist you saw on the News. We only deal in books in print but we can advise you how to get an out-of-print item if necessary.
orders
Orders can be placed in person or by phone. 90% of ordered books will be ready for you to collect within 48 hours. As soon as your order arrives we will phone you to let you know.
We regret that we do not supply books on-line or by mail order.
