Summer School Concerts - Booking Information

PLEASE NOTE – Access to all concerts and events is included in the fee for a week at Summer School. It does not matter which accommodation you opt for. With this in mind, you can attend as few or as many concerts as you like. The details below are applicable only to non-attendees of Summer School or those taking part in our TQ offer.

By post

Please send your order to the Box Office address above with a cheque made payable to Dartington Hall Trust, or your credit/debit card details (ensure you include the expiry date, start date and 3 digit security code). Tickets booked more than a week in advance will be posted to you, otherwise they will be available at the door of the venue for you to collect 15 minutes prior to the performance.

On the day

Tickets can be bought, if available, until 4.00pm from the Dartington Box Office, located in the foyer of The Barn. After this, tickets (if available) can be bought 15 minutes before the concert at the door of the venue. We cannot accept credit cards for door sales.

Seating

Reserved – centre row on a designated, un-numbered seat. Unreserved – bench seating in side block or where available.

Access

Access for people with limited mobility is available to the Great Hall and the Barn Theatre, as well as some of the studios. For people with a hearing impairment, an infra-red system is available in the Great Hall and the Barn Theatre. For people with a visual impairment a tour of the campus can be arranged in advance. Assistance dogs are welcome.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch cards with no booking charge.

Concessions

£1 reduction for the 8:15pm concert is available for students, over 60s, Job Seekers and Dartington Hall Trust employees. There are no concessions for 5:00pm and 10:30pm concerts.

If you have booked onto a week at the Summer School you do not need to book concert tickets unless stated in the concert entry. We will endeavour to issue you with the next best seating should your requested seating not be available.

White Hart Bar

The White Hart Bar is open Monday to Sunday 11am -11pm (10:30pm Sundays) with late extensions most evenings. The Roundhouse Café is open afternoons and evenings during the Summer School.
