Peter Maxwell Davies returns to Summer School for a retrospective of his many ‘Dartington works’ and to lead the Advanced Composition class.
We welcome Ilan Volkov, once a conducting student at Summer School, for a poignant concert in memory of his father, Alexander Volkov, a long-standing Dartington artist, and member of the Israel Piano Trio. This week also pays tribute to the English eccentric and composer, Lord Berners and the final concert continues our cycle of Haydn masses.
