Grace Notes is an intermediate strings course for Violin, Viola, Cello & Double Bass Players for students with a Grade 4-6 or equivalent repertoire. Have the chance to play in small ensembles and as part of a large Chamber orchestra; This intermediate course is an excellent way to expand your skills and experiences and to make new friends in a lively, friendly and fun environment. This is a unique opportunity to work with inspirational, emerging young music leaders and the course will end with a performance in the Ariel Centre Theatre.

CONVERSION TO VIOLA/DOUBLE BASS for GRACE NOTES COURSE MEMBERS

There are two places available for string players that play at grade 4 or above to learn and play a viola or double bass. Participants must be at grade 4 or equivalent on their usual instrument. You will be provided with tuition from a viola/double bass tutor and hire of the instrument. If you would like to be considered for the conversion place, please send a covering letter with your application form giving reasons why you’d like to apply for this opportunity. This course is a free addition to Grace Notes but places are limited.
