The wellbeing and safety of each of the participants is of the utmost importance at Dartington Summer Youth Programme. We believe in creating a safe environment in which music and arts educators can work together to inspire and support young people in their musical and artistic development.

The Dartington Summer Youth Programme policy on Safeguarding Children and Young People ensures that staff and volunteers operate under current good practice guidelines.

The Dartington Summer Youth Programme Media Policy covers photographic, filmic and sound recording and usage. Consent for capture and usage of media featuring participants is specifically requested from parents/guardians (of those under 18) and all participants, as part of the booking process.

Personal Property

Dartington Summer Youth Programme cannot accept responsibility for personal property and possessions, including musical instruments. It is essential to take out insurance to cover all your valuable goods.
