We are looking for people who enjoy working in a customer facing role, with a flexible, can do attitude, to join our hardworking food and beverage team to deliver excellent customer service to all our visitors.

Whilst working across multiple locations within the Dartington Estate, such as, the White Hart bar and restaurant, The Roundhouse Café or as part of our events team. You’ll meet and greet customers, share your knowledge of our changing menu and engage with them at every opportunity.

You’ll have knowledge about different types of food and a curiosity and drive to want to learn more.

Ideally you will have previous hospitality experience, both behind the bar and within a restaurant environment.  Barista training would definitely be an advantage. However, most importantly is an ability and willingness to learn and undertake further training where required

If you have high cleaning standards, an eye for detail and believe in exceeding customer expectations, we would love to hear from you.

Due to the nature of the business, we are looking for individuals with a flexible approach to their working week. Both weekday, evenings and weekend work will be required.
