In this talk, he will discuss the practical and physical realities of creating large scale works for long term display outdoors, focusing too on some of the challenges with accompanying films and slides. He will also touch upon why he believes that a collaborative practice alongside studio painting is important to his development and learning.
The three installations he will discuss are High and Low in Snowdonia, Art For Good in Cornwall and To All At Sea, Anglesey. He will also discuss the artist collaboration, Cawston Garratt. Anthony has recently moved to The Attic Studio, The Shippon Artist Studios, right here on the Dartington estate.
Anthony is also running a four-day landscape painting class at Dartington (click here to find out more.)
