Will I receive further information about this event before I arrive?
Yes – we will contact all bookers a few days before the event with all the information you’ll need to enjoy the evening.
Will I have to pay for parking?
No. Parking is included in the ticket price. You will not have to display anything in your vehicle or pay on departure.
Is this event accessible?
We have made efforts to ensure that a shortened version of the route is accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooter users. If you would like more information please contact our Box Office team (contact details can be found below).
Will there be strobe lighting?
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
As long as the weather doesn’t look dangerous, the event will go ahead – but in the event of cancellation a full refund will be offered. Apart from this exception, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds once tickets have been purchased.
Are dogs allowed?
Only guide dogs and registered assistance dogs are permitted at the event.
