A wander for well-being is a guided nature connection walk covering less than a mile. Your guide, Emma, is there to offer simple invitations to help you to slow down and become fully present in your senses.
A wander offers you:
Time for you to just be.
The opportunity to meet others who share a love of our natural world.
Creative and sensory based activities you can share with friends and family.
The chance to discover parts of the Dartington hall estate.
Time to see nature through new eyes – to authentically develop a deeper connection to your natural home.
Creative inspiration. Nature is the best muse.
The opportunity to relax so you can fully receive the medicine of being in the natural world. Wanders for well-being are great for relieving feelings of anxiety, overwhelm and depression.
At the end of each wander Emma provides a locally foraged herb tea and some snacks in simple celebration.
Each unique walk will take place at a different location on the estate chosen to optimise the weather and seasonal conditions of the day. She will be in touch with you by email a few days before the date of your wander with full details of where to meet.
This mornings woodland wander has really given me a sense of reconnection and coming home. I have dropped out of my head and into a wonderful child-like place, full of awe, joy and peace. Thank you.
