About this event

Four hour photo walk along the banks of the beautiful River Dart through the grounds of the Dartington estate with expert tuition from tutor Sid Smallman to help you get the best images from the day. All cameras and levels of ability are most welcome.

You will have ample opportunities for photographing landscapes, flowers and wildlife even including steam trains! The wildlife we may well see include everything from deer to ducks and geese, perhaps even otter and kingfisher. All sorts of techniques can be tried under the guidance of your tutor Sid who has many years of experience helping people get the most from their cameras, no previous experience needed though if without any previous experience you would undoubtedly benefit from our basic Explore your camera part 1 – get off Auto workshop also held here at Dartington.
