Our policy is to work with local suppliers to source the best local produce. We endeavour to use local organic, free range and Fairtrade products as much as possible.
Head Chef Eamon Fullalove says: ‘My interaction with ingredients builds a depth of taste, and effort and hard work bring out the fullest flavours’.
50% of our produce is sourced from within a 20 mile radius of the estate. When possible, we incorporate seasonal fruits from the Dartington estate into our menu at The White Hart.
