We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has experience of monitoring and managing multiple projects or business processes and who can continue to develop and embed our project management systems. You will join a small team managing one significant project for the business (coordinating internal activity, project planning, and acting as a key contact for an external agency project manager). You will support the contractual and financial management of our project portfolio, reviewing contracts to ensure they are fit for purpose, ensuring associate agreements and project documentation is in place and provide reporting, working alongside Project Leads who are subject experts across the organisation. You will also provide project management and coordination for a team providing training workshops and development programmes.

You will have excellent organisational, project and process management skills, and be able to work collaboratively and calmly in a dynamic environment.

Research in Practice (RiP) and Research in Practice for Adults (RiPfA) have been hugely successful in recent years, with an expanding portfolio of work and growth in income. Their clients include children’s services, adult health and social care as well as government departments. Our focus is on using evidence from research and practice to improve practice, policy and services in order to achieve positive outcomes for people of all ages.
