Research in Practice (RiP) has been commissioned by the Department for Education to lead a partnership to deliver a national Practice Supervisor Development Programme (PSDP). RiP is looking to recruit a Team Administrator to support the planning and delivery of the programme. The successful candidate will bring strong admin knowledge and experience, ideally with strong customer service and data management experience and will need to be able to hit the ground running in a busy and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an admin professional to join an established and highly-regarded team.
Main Duties of the Post
Providing administrative support and responding to queries and communications from the team, partners and customers
Supporting the successful delivery of the PSDP, providing administration and planning.
As an externally facing role, communicating with customers, partners and delegates, presenting the learning programme positively and professionally at all times.
Data input and processing, ensuring high levels of quality is achieved at all times.
The successful candidate will
Manage time effectively and balance priorities, and show exemplary organisational and administrative capabilities, with excellent attention to detail
Be pro-active and have a flexible approach to team working
Have strong data management and data processing skills
Demonstrate excellent customer service and quality assurance to internal and external customers.
Be willing to work flexibly to cover events, staff absences or other urgent work, including longer hours
Be willing to travel including occasional overnight stays
Bring excellent relationship management skills
Ideally hold a UK recognised A-level/NVQ level qualification (or similar) in business or events administration or have relevant administrative experience.
