Cancellation and refund policy:

Bookings are fully refundable (minus a 10% administration fee) up until Friday 19th May 2023. All bookings after this date are non-refundable.

We recommend that all participants take out a holiday insurance policy which includes cancellation cover equal to or greater than the full cost of their booking.

The Dartington Trust may take the decision to restructure, reschedule or cancel the Summer School if it becomes unsafe or not possible to proceed as planned for any reason. In this instance, we will inform customers of any changes, offer transfer of credit for the following year, or a full refund.

Dietary requirements:

Please advise us in advance of your visit if you have any allergies or specific dietary requirements ahead of your visit to Dartington. This can be indicated in your booking form, and we will notify the kitchen ahead of the Festival. It is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary or allergy requirements you have.

Meal times will operate in a self-service buffet and will have signs saying what it contains and any allergens to be aware of. Dartington caters to a wide range of diets, but please take responsibility for foods you cannot eat and check with the kitchen staff if you are unsure.

Loss or damage to property

Dartington does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to property whilst visiting the estate.

Parking

Owners park at their own risk, and may park for free by registering their vehicle registration online before the Festival, or upon arrival during check-in at the Welcome Centre.

Dogs

No dogs are permitted on site with the exception of registered aid dogs.

Under 18s

Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times whilst on site. Please contact the Summer School office at point of booking to discuss this further and hear the accommodation options.

Event Photography

Our Summer School photographer will take photos and short video clips throughout the festival. Please let the Summer School office know during the festival if you’d like to be excluded from any photography, otherwise we will assume your implied consent.
