Arts that test out new ground
Our programme is becoming more experimental and diverse, taking creative risks and bursting with new ideas. From our International Summer School & Festival, to new live and visual arts, and work with our local communities. Elsewhere, we’re introducing fresh energy into the estate, having conserved and opened up our 700-year-old Deer Park and restoring Queen’s Marsh as a wetland and wildlife habitat. This is an estate you’ll want to explore time and time again.
Learning that never stops
Schumacher College’s transformative courses in sustainable living… Plans for radical new research and debate on pressing world issues – such as climate change… A School for Social Entrepreneurs that enables people to achieve positive change in their communities… And a Craft programme created from the heart that has purpose, uniqueness and love channelled into it. The 1,200 acre estate acts as a ‘living classroom’ of endless possibilities.
